1. With the tank, make sure that the threaded nozzle is clean and free of debris, you can also use a bit of oil or teflon tape on your threaded nozzle. 2. Fit it properly with the charging valve inlet and make clockwise turns until it is properly screwed in. 3. Hold the valve handle and turn the tank counterclockwise, if your hearing is good, you can hear CO2 flowing through your charging valve. Make sure the inlet valve doesn't leak air when you are charging. If it does, you may have not screwed in the nozzle of your tank properly or you can use a bit of teflon tape to keep CO2 air from leaking. Do not tilt your tank with the nozzle facing more than 30 degrees perpendicular to the ground. Liquid CO2 may directly leach out of your tank into the gun, this will consume your CO2 tank's air much faster. 4. At about 3 - 5 seconds you should have the reservoir of your CO2 airgun filled. Close the CO2 tank via reverse method of procedure # 3. 5. Unscrew the CO2 tank, be sure it is close before you turn it counterclockwise, a small amount of air may leach with a hissing sound just as you unscrew it but this is the air trap between the nozzle of your tank to the port of your charging valve seal.( In my opinion I guesstimate by the sound of the air escaping the pressure level of my tank which will help me decide if it needs refill)
6.. That's all, just be wary of the condition of the threaded nozzle of your tank and check if there's any debris on your charging valve inlet. If it get's inside your gun, it may clog the seals of your discharge valve. I had experience once my airgun's discharge valve was leaking air and malfunctioned. Luckily I've manage to clean it without opening the Air Chamber assembly. I just cleaned it with the charging valve unscrewed, Cleaned the reservoir, put some oil in it, charged and dry fired the gun. Luckily the debris got cleared and the discharge valve seated back properly.

petroleum based oil could damage your seals ond O rings, used silicone based oils, it can even seals small leaks.

I have an armscor standard air rifle. I had it since 2000. The only problem I had was a broken O ring. I had it replaced, since then, zero malfunctions. I can shoot 12 shots accurately in one fill.

i would not use teflon during charging...
plastic packing is right material
===
it is recommended that a co2 rifle is fully charged when kept, to preserve the rubber orings.

I always keep three tanks para di nauubusan.

I don't know the brand, ito na kasi ang nakakabit ng makuha ko. And before I forgot, 2nd hand pa ang rifle na ito. Ibinayad lang kasi ito nung isa namin employee na nag-over vale. Ala pa akong pinapalitan dito maliban sa strap.
