 Compact 1911 9MM
« Thread Started on Jun 23, 2012, 6:03pm »

Good day to everyone!

This is for Willy or for Armscor Product designers. Is there any forthcoming plans to produce a compact 1911 in 9MM ala Springfield EMP of Kimber Aegis II. I am getting old and tired of carrying full size 1911s. Thanks.

Why not a Commander-sized or an Officer-sized 1911? Do a search. There have been problems with the EMP.

Thanks for the info Willie. Any timetable for the production of this compact 1911 9mm, also will the barrel length be 3 inch?

I've seen the video of 9MM EMP and it does not recoil that much . Can you give us the expected price for this unit. Thanks again more power to Amrscor.

Hello;
I am also asking about the specs on the .257/.38 (9mm). How heavy. How thin? How dependable? How snag-proof? Will it have a poly frame? Flowed? Aluminimum? I ask, because I've always dreamed of taking the velocity as far out as possible. Did you see some of the German develop-able .177 rifles? Tupperware, indeed, but with <3,000fps. I'm hoping for the best, but when can you get one out to me?

Great idea!

I think they already have this available locally. If you'll check the squire bingham's website:

http://squiresbinghamph.com/?page_id=103

you'll see under the CSPS variant that it's available in .45acp and 9mm.
